The President and Managing director of is Cons. Arch. Nader Alphonse Goubran, is the founder of the office. The heads of the four sectors of the office who have had a long standing contribution in the office, together with the president, act as chief executive officer.

They are the cornerstones of the office decision making process.
The heads of department are charged with compiling, supervising and executing all aspects related to projects under their auspices.

The managing director is responsible for the administrative, non technical duties within the office. His jurisdiction also includes the General Administration, Public relations and Accounting departments. He is also heading the architectural department with its three sections.

This organizational structure allowed an integration of all the aspects of the construction process within an independence, a functionality and a team spirit .
